line upon line percussion will perform Iannis Xenakis's masterpiece, Pléïades, at the WEST Group Exhibition during the first weekend of the tour. Scored for drums, keyboard percussion and sixxen (19-keyed, microtonal metallophones), the 45-minute sextet is rarely performed in its entirety due to its difficulty and scope.

Most commonly known as mid-century furniture designers, Charles and Ray Eames produced 125 short films in 28 years. In reference to their film work, Charles once commented that, "They are not really films at all, just ways to get across an idea." Join Lucia Dewey Atwood, Eames House preservationist, and Llisa Demetrios, Eames Foundation archivist, as they share family insights on the design work of Charles and Ray and introduce a selection of brilliant Eames short films rarely seen on the big screen.
